  • Holistic Massage Therapy is a gentle, whole-body approach that supports your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Rather than focusing only on specific areas of tension, it considers the body as a connected system, helping to restore balance and promote deep relaxation.

    Using Swedish Massage techniques, holistic massage encourages the release of muscle tension, improves circulation, calms the nervous system, and supports the body’s natural ability to relax and restore. It also provides a quiet space to slow down, helping to reduce stress and support overall wellbeing.

    Each session is provided with care and presence, creating a calm and supportive environment where you can fully relax and reconnect with your body.

  • You have the choice of our range of Tui Massage Balms or Sweet Almond Oil.

  • As a health professional, it is my duty to make sure that the massage you receive is safe.

    On your first visit, I will go with you through a health status screen and check for contraindications. On the following appointments, I will briefly re-check for any changes in the health status.

    If you have any questions regarding contraindications before your visit, please contact me.

  • You can independently reschedule or cancel your appointment via the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button on your confirmation or reminder email.

    • Notice Period: I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow me to rebook your slot.

    • Late Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of [50%] of the treatment cost.

    • No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice (no-show) will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

    • Emergencies: I understand that unexpected, unavoidable, or emergency situations occur. Last-minute cancellations due to such circumstances may be waived at my discretion.

    • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent clients, but the full fee will still apply.

  • Payments can be made by cash, direct credit or by card via the Fresha App.
